Hi there, I’m currently in exams in my final year of school, and I noticed that every correct answer in the multiple choice when uploading knowledge is always the first answer on the list of answers. Could you provide a fix for this please ? Thanks.

Suggestions for uploading knowledge: If files uploaded onto sai already exists as “part of the knowledge”, system should prompt user with the option to overwrite existing files with the same name Grant users the ability to select multiple files in the knowledge pool for deletion

I did stop the subscription I did even delete my acc I still get charged and now my balance is negative I can't take off my cc card infos from portal I mean how tf you keep charging me if my acc is deleted, I reopened this acc using same email I used before deleting acc , this is getting a really mad because starting this month my country ip got blocked, I had to use vpn, which was the case the starting month I paid

I made a payment only for 1 month. Please refund the amount urgently, I saw that the amount is pending and the account is canceled in this case. I thank you

I have upload my files and I want to create quiz but when I’m going to “quiz” my files are not available. So I’m trying to uploaded them again but this time in the “quiz session” and it says that I can’t because they are already uploaded. Loading Problem
Every time I try to upload the documents from a presentation so that it can create a quiz or flashcards so that I could study it. It keeps loading before I even get a chance to upload it as if it won’t let me and every time I try it just uploads in the middle of me doing so.
