accedently purchased an annual subscription

Hello,

I was recently charged $102.48 for the Sai Pro Annual subscription. I didn’t realize this was a yearly charge, and I wasn’t intending to commit to a full year.

I would like to request a refund and have the subscription cancelled kindly. I haven’t used the service much yet.

Please let me know if a refund is possible.
