Accidental purchase of annual subscription

I unintentionally subscribed to the annual plan for Sai Pro. Unfortunately, I had intended to subscribe to a monthly Sai Pro plan. To resolve this matter, I kindly request a refund for the amount charged 72$ and cancellation of the annual subscription.
