Hi, recently I’ve purchased your annual subscription when I was only meant to purchase the monthly. I would like to request a refund of the 144 dollars that has been taken from my account as soon as possible, thanks and kind regards.

    Hey dude, just so you don't waste your time, don't expect them to refund the annual subscription. I contacted them with the same issue over a month ago, but still didn't get my refund.
