Cancel my subscription

A few days ago I filed a complaint here because the site won’t let you unsubscribe from the monthly paid version. Not only have they not addressed my request, but they’ve charged me for another month. I’m very unhappy with this site and with its cancellation method. I request that you cancel my subscription, and I intend to claim the 30€ that should not have been charged to me.
