Cancel subscription and refund

Hello,

I am contacting to request the cancellation of my subscription and a refund covering all payments made since January. The Saiera website has been in transition for months, and I have not been able to access or use the service during this period.

Given the prolonged downtime, I believe a refund from January is appropriate.

Please let me know once everything has been processed.
