Can't upload PDFs

Everytime I try to upload a pdf there’s an issue.

The message that shows up is: sorry were not able to process (XYZ.pdf) please try uploading it again!

Tried it many times, but it doesn’t works.

Please give me my money back for my one month pro subscription!
