Can't upload pictures

Support & Troubleshooting

When I upload my pictures in order to get them solved with the knowledge I gave to the AI it doesn’t solve a thing. How can I solve this problem? I need it for tomorrow and I need to verify if my resolutions to problems are correct

Hi PacoLanc, we are investigating this issue because this is quite unusual. For now, consider logging out → refreshing → starting a new chat and proceeding from there. That should be a temporary fix to the problem. We apologize for any inconvenience as we work to solve this. Our developers are able to successfully upload images in your communities so we are investigating further. Thank you!
