Can't use my Pro subscription

Hi everyone,

I’m currently preparing for exams and had subscribed to the Say Pro plan ($12/month). I canceled my subscription, which ends on the 30th. However, the platform now shows that I’m on the free plan and I can’t ask questions or create study plans.

When I check my subscription management, it still shows I’m on the $12/month Pro plan. This is urgent as my exams start next week.
