Knowledge Upload: Feedback/Suggestions

Suggestions for uploading knowledge:

• If files uploaded onto sai already exists as “part of the knowledge”, system should prompt user with the option to overwrite existing files with the same name

• Grant users the ability to select multiple files in the knowledge pool for deletion
