I recently logged on to each of my sai’s (I have four) and all my notes disappeared? Is this just a glitch or are all the notes I’ve made been deleted?
Hi Pratap, we are sorry that you are facing these issues. There should be a button on each on your sai’s notes page named “restore”. Press the button and the notes should return, if not please let us know! Thank you for being apart of sai!

Hello, thank you for your response. I’ve tried pressing the button but the notes have not returned. “No saved data found to restore for this sai!”. However, I can confidently say that each of my notes has been saved at one point.

I am on the same device as last time, using Google Chrome on Windows. I haven’t made any significant changes to my browser or device in the time I’ve made my notes.
