I applied for the monthly payment of the premium plan which is $24.00. However, when I got the reciept, it said that I had paid $144.00. I went to check my plan and it put me on both plans for premium, the monthly plan as well as the annual plan. How should I fix this? I was wondering if I was able to get a refund and pay only for the monthly plan I originally wanted?
