Hi,

I would like a refund please, I only did the free trial 7 days and then I got charged when I canceled it 2 hours later. I would like a refund for it please because the free trial was for 7 days and not 2-3 hours. After the refund please check, if the subscription is canceled, I see a lot of comments that dispite canceling it continues to bill. And in the end when all is done please delete my account to not recieve spam emails.

    Hi Anna, our records state that you never cancelled your account. Did you press “Confirm” or “Continue” when you hit your free trial limits?

      I just went back to the main site and then to cancel the subscription, I didn’t press any of the buttons. After I canceled it I got charged with 30$.
