Refund Request, billed for monthly despite deleting account.

Hello, I recently deleted my account from here last month, thinking this would cancel my subscription. However, i’m still being charged for the monthly subscription ($12 AUD) despite not even having an account. I would like a refund and subsequent cancellation, otherwise ill have to create a dispute via my bank. Thank you.
