Refund Request, billed for yearly despite not needing it.

Hello, I used this for school and i am closing school for about 4 months. I think its unfair i pay the months i am not using it. Could i change my billing from yearly to monthly I would like a refund and subsequent cancellation, otherwise i will have to be paying while i am not using it. Thank you.
