SAI AI has been taking 12USD off of me monthly and i can’t find a way to get a refund, if i could get a refund that would be great. Additionally even after taking 12 USD from me im still on the basic plan of the new software .

    Hi Haziq, we have cancelled your subscription on your behalf. In the Billing page you will find a Manage My Subscription button there.
